Can I amend or cancel an order after checkout?
Yes - if your parcel hasn’t left our warehouse. Call us on +353 41 984 6226 or email info@curtisanddunne.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help. Once an item is with An Post you will need to return it to get it changed. You have 30 days to Return an Order for a refund with no quibbles.
Do you sell gift cards?
Absolutely. Digital and physical Curtis & Dunne Gift Vouchers are available under Gifts in the main menu—ideal when you’re unsure of sizing or style.

How much is delivery within Ireland?
Orders over €50 ship free with next-day service; under €50 there’s a flat €8 fee

Europe: €20
Worldwide: €30 (selected destinations) Typical transit times are 7-10 working days once the parcel leaves our warehouse and 24 to 48 hours within Ireland.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 4:00PM GMT (Mon–Fri) usually go the same day; later orders ship the next working day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday ship on the following Monday.
How do I track my parcel?
As soon as we hand your order to An Post you’ll get an email with a live tracking number - click the link to follow every step

Is Click & Collect free?
Yes - select “Collect in-store – Curtis & Dunne, Drogheda” at checkout and pay nothing for shipping.
How soon can I pick up?
Allow about 2 hours (Mon–Sat) for us to prep your order; we’ll email or call when it’s ready. Bring your confirmation email (printed or on your phone) when you arrive
Returns and Exchanges
What is your returns window?
You can send items back within 28 days of purchase as long as they’re unworn, in original condition and with tags attached
How do I make a return?
Re-pack the product securely (ideally in its original packaging).

Are return shipping costs covered?
Return costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake
How long do refunds take?
Once inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 working days for banks to process the credit.

Yes - Curtis & Dunne is an authorised stockist for Hugo Boss, Barbour, Ralph Lauren, GANT and 30+ premium menswear labels. All merchandise comes directly from each brand’s official distributor.
