Delivery Information
Delivery
We use DPD for our deliveries, domestic and international. A signature will be required upon delivery. If you are not at home when your purchases are being delivered, you will be left a calling card with instructions to where to collect your parcel. This is usually your local sorting depot.
Delivery Costs
Ireland - FREE next day delivery on all orders over €50 (if under €50 there is a €8 charge)
United Kingdom - €12
European Delivery - €20
Worldwide Delivery - €30
Delivery Times
Delivery times are usually next day for delivery to any address on the Island of Ireland and 7-10 working days for all other countries once the item has left our warehouse.
Please note: Saturday and Sundays are not classed as working days by our postal carriers. Therefore, all orders placed from midday Thursday or from Friday morning will be delivered on the following Monday. Anything ordered from midday Friday up until Monday morning will be delivered on the following Tuesday.
Shipping
Any orders to the UK are currently experiencing longer delivery times due to Brexit and custom clearance, please allow up to 7 days for your order to arrive. Please note also there are local duties applicable before delivery to any orders going to the UK.
Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all orders the same day with next day delivery in Ireland. Orders before 8am are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 8am are dispatched the following day. In the unlikely event that an item you ordered is not in stock, we will contact you to offer an alternative or full refund for the item or complete order.To return a purchase: see our Returns & Exchanges information
Delivery Tracking
Once we have despatched your order, you will receive a dispatch notification stating your order tracking number, this will be sent to the email address you provided. This means that your order has left our warehouse and is in the hands of our carrier.
Using this order tracking number, you can track your order from the DPD website.
Incomplete Delivery
In the unlikely event that an item you ordered is not in stock, we will contact you personally to inform you and should you subsequently decide not to pursue your order, we will cancel same and issue you with a full refund.

Taxes & Duties
Please note that if your order is to be delivered outside the European Union, local import duties and sales taxes may be payable by you on receipt of your delivery. These charges vary by country, as the local government of the country in question is responsible for these.
